Question: How do I know which garage door or opener is best for me?

Question: My garage door is closed but there is a huge hole in it and the car is not in the garage. What's going on and what do I do now?

Answer: Chances are someone exited the garage before opening the door. It happens more often than you think. Give us a call, we'll have a new door installed before you know it.

Question: My garage door opener clicker isn't working any more. At first it would open it from all the way down the street. Now it won't work at all. I don't understand, it's only been a couple of years since I bought it.

Answer: You might want to check the batteries in that clicker.

Question: How do I know if I paid too much for my garage door?

Question: My garage door is mysteriously opening and closing during the day. When I check it out, I don't see anything wrong but I think I might hear a faint giggling sound. Can you tell me what's happening?

Answer: Although we can't totally rule out the possibility of aliens or external interference of some kind, it sounds to us like perhaps you have a youngster in the house who has finally grown enough to reach the actuator button in the garage. Since you can't lower the child, you might consider raising the button. If that isn't it, give us a call. It can be a little tricky to discover the actual reason, but we'll figure it out.
